Fondue Success
I beta tested my fondue pot not too long ago, and I’m happy to report it was a success. A little too much brandy in the gruyère, but overall really tasty. And even though I’ve been told fondue parties are a bit 80’s, it was a lot of fun.
My story-telling predictions were accurate, and we talked all night while slowly laying bottles of wine to rest.
Lately, my mind seems to be stuck on why some of us feel the need to share so much of our experiences, while others don’t.
I just can’t stop picking at it. If feels a big idea kernel. One of those thoughts that just sits in a slow cooker.
….It’ll come to me eventually.
Hum… you could be right. The person who told me that could have mixed up the decades. Either way it’s a throwback
perhaps those who don’t share as much have been burned by sharing before?
but really tasha, who do you know that doesn’t need to share?
Agreed, I think everyone shares to some degree, but some of us share way more than others.

I thought fondue parties were an early 70s thing?
People would go over to one another’s houses, listen to the latest John Coltrane or Don Ellis album, and make fondue.
