Don’t they look tasty?
They should, because they were.
I realized something while making them: Cooking is a lot like writing.
You have an idea. Then you get what you need to make that idea. You research how other people have done it, and then you do it in your own way. If you succeed, you get a delicious tart (or story).
If you fail. Well, you laugh and try again later.
